Oh, you've launched a new website. Will my old customer account work on your new site?
If you're an existing customer you'll need to create a new account here. It should only take a minute but please let us know if you hit any problems. Previous order and billing information can be supplied on request.
Can you send me printed samples before I place my order?

Can I see a proof of my artwork before I place my order?
We can supply a free on-screen (PDF) or printed proof for most of our products. For more details, navigate to your chosen product and click on the "Proof" tab.
How do I supply my artwork?
If you'd like to upload files at the time of order you can use our file uploader which can be found on the cart page. Alternatively, upload your files via WeTransfer.
Which file formats do you accept?
We can print directly from most popular PC and Mac file formats but prefer press optimised PDFs and JPEGs. To view our artwork guidelines, please navigate to your chosen product and click on the “Artwork” tab.
Do you provide artwork templates?
Yes! We've created free PDF template files for most of our products. Simply navigate to your chosen product, click on the "Artwork" tab and download the template file from the left hand side of the screen. If you can't find a suitable template, please let us know.
I don't have any artwork. Do you offer a design service?
Yes. Working from the text and images you supply, one of our talented designers can create professional, print-ready artwork on your behalf. Simply navigate to your chosen product and select the relevant option under the "Artwork" section of the print specifier. You can upload any text or images we may require on the cart page.
When will I receive my order?
Please navigate to your chosen product and use the date selector to choose your preferred delivery date.
What time will my delivery take place?
On the morning of your delivery you will receive an email confirming a one hour delivery window. If this isn't convenient you can reschedule your delivery for another day.
Can you deliver direct to my customer?
Sure. When you create an account you can opt to join our free Print Partner programme and benefit from unbranded deliveries direct to your customers.
I want to cancel my order. Will I get a full refund?
If you want to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible by calling us on 0345 222 0345. We will only charge for any materials we've used up to that point.
I’m not happy with my order. What do I do?
If you’re not delighted with your order, please let us know so we can put things right for you.
