Once we've received your approval of our proof, all orders are despatched within 2 working days (except Presentation Folders which are despatched within 5 working days).

If you request a printed proof, it will be sent via First Class Royal Mail post on the same day we receive your order*

If you request an on-screen (PDF) proof, it will be emailed to you on the same day we receive your order.*

Please note we cannot begin to print your order until we receive your approval of our proof.

You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into your account and selecting 'view/track orders'.

*Applies to orders received before 2pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas shutdown). If we encounter problems with your artwork, there may be a delay whilst these are resolved. If we're creating artwork on your behalf, an initial on-screen (PDF) proof will be supplied to you within 2 working days, so please allow extra time for proofing and amendments. All orders are delivered via CityLink overnight courier. Deliveries can take place at any time between 8.30am and 5.30pm. A signature is required.

Remember, the sizes above indicate the flat dimensions of the cards BEFORE they are folded. Most of our customers choose to have their cards printed in stunning full colour, although mono printing is available on request. All our greetings cards are supplied ready scored and folded for your convenience and are despatched via overnight carrier within 2 working days of proof approval. Remember, all orders for greetings cards qualify for a FREE printed proof and FREE delivery within mainland UK. Provided you place your order and upload artwork before 2pm Monday to Friday we will post out your proof that very same day via First Class Royal Mail post. Now that's fast!

All our cards are totally bespoke so if you'd like to include a message on the inside of the card, remember to specify printing to both the inner and outer of your card.
