Your designer will be in touch to confirm your requirements and will aim to supply an initial PDF proof for you to review within a couple of working days.

We can print directly from most popular PC and Mac file formats, including:

To upload your artwork, select "I want to upload my own artwork files" above, add the product to your basket and then drag and drop your files into our file uploader. Alternatively you can supply your artwork to us at any time via WeTransfer. On receipt, our printing egg-heads will double check your files and rectify or notify you of any issues.
Before sending us your artwork, please note that a photograph or other pixel-based image needs a resolution of just 72 dpi (dots per inch) to display correctly on screen. However, our high resolution printing process requires images of around 300 dpi (although for large format posters - A2 size and above - images of 100dpi are usually adequate). Anything less may print with a pixelated 'jaggy' look. Please check the resolution of your images carefully... just because they look good on screen doesn't mean they'll print properly!
Not to worry though. If we spot anything which could affect the quality of your order, we will be in touch to let you know about the issue before pressing ahead.
Our free artwork templates will help you to position the various elements of your design correctly and can be downloaded from the panel on the left of your screen. Before supplying your artwork to us, please remember to hide or delete the Template layer… we wouldn’t want our guidelines to appear on your finished product!
The Bleed Area (1) extends 3mm beyond the finished size of your document and is represented within our template files by a red guideline. Any elements which “bleed” (or extend) off the edge of your document - such as background colours or photographs - should extend 3mm beyond the finished size of your document.
Adding bleed to your artwork is important because your design will be printed onto a larger sheet of paper before being trimmed down to its Finished Size (2), as indicated by the black guideline within our template files. The bleed area compensates for any slight movement during the printing or trimming process which may otherwise result in an ugly white line around the edge of your document.
Finally, our template files feature a green guideline which indicates the Safe Area (3). We wouldn’t want your phone number to be accidentally trimmed off, so any important elements of your design - such as text - should be placed at least 3mm away from the edge (finished size) of your document.
Please ensure you supply your artwork in CMYK colour mode. If you wish to apply a colour profile, please use FOGRA39.

When will I receive my order?
If you place your order - and upload your artwork - by midnight tonight, we’ll deliver your order on Monday, 29th April. Alternatively, you can
choose a more convenient date at checkout.
In a rush?
If your order is urgent, you can upgrade to our FastTrack service and push your order to the front of our production queue. Look for the
FastTrack option at checkout to receive your order on Friday, 26th April.
Please allow extra time if you’d like us to create your artwork
If you’d like our talented designers to create your artwork, they will supply an on-screen (PDF) proof for you to review within a couple of
working days. Please allow extra time for any tweaks and amends. Once you’re happy with your artwork, our standard delivery terms will
apply as above.
If your postcode qualifies for express delivery services, you will be given the opportunity to upgrade your delivery at checkout. Express
services include Saturday Delivery; before 12noon; and before 10.30am.

Our courier charges a little more for deliveries to the following UK offshore postcodes, the cost of which will be confirmed at checkout.

Need to split your order across multiple designs?
Simply add a product to your basket and then use the duplicate button to create a new line item for each design.
Duplicated line items qualify for a Multiple Design Discount which is automatically deducted from your order total. You can specify a different quantity for each line item before using our handy file uploader to send us your artwork files.

Would you like to see a proof of your artwork before we print your order? No worries, we’ll send you either an on-screen (PDF) or printed proof, free of charge. There’s just one small catch… you'll need to specify your product using the options above and then complete this form. On the next page, you'll be able to upload your artwork files.
Your PDF proof will be with you within a few working hours. A printed proof takes a little longer but we’ll post it out first class, so please keep an eye on your letterbox.
