Leave the hassle of creating artwork to us... our talented designers are standing by to help. Select "I want your designers to create my artwork" above, before adding the product to your basket. On the cart page you'll be given the opportunity to supply further information and upload any files or text we may need. Your designer will be in touch to confirm your requirements and will aim to supply an initial PDF proof for you to review within a couple of working days.
If you'd prefer to supply your own artwork, please download one of our free artwork templates. Each template features a cheat sheet to help you accurately position the various elements of your design. We can print directly from most popular PC and Mac file formats, including:
• PDFs (preferred)
• JPEGs (preferred)
To upload your artwork, select "I want to upload my own artwork files" above, add the product to your basket and then drag and drop your files into our file uploader. Alternatively you can supply your artwork to us at any time via WeTransfer. On receipt, our printing egg-heads will double check your files and let you know if they spot any problems.
Before sending us your artwork, please note that a photograph or other pixel-based image needs a resolution of just 72 dpi (dots per inch) to display correctly on screen. However, our high resolution printing process requires images of around 300 dpi (although for large format posters - A2 size and above - images of 100dpi are usually adequate). Anything less may print with a pixelated 'jaggy' look. Please check the resolution of your images carefully... just because they look good on screen doesn't mean they'll print properly!
Not to worry though. If we spot anything which could affect the quality of your order, we will be in touch to let you know about the issue before pressing ahead.
If you're a dab hand at creating artwork and are comfortable adding 3mm bleed and crop marks then great. If all this sounds like Double Dutch then don't worry, our talented designers will handle this for you.
All we ask is that you supply the artwork in CMYK and keep all important elements of your design at least 3mm away from the edge of your artwork (we call this our "safe zone"). Although we use state-of-the-art equipment, some movement is inherent within all printing processes. If important elements of your design are placed too close to the edge of the paper, not only will it look unprofessional, but there's a chance they may get trimmed off. That doesn't mean you can't extend a background image or colour to the very edge of your artwork. That's fine of course. But please don't put your contact details along the very edge of the sheet. We'd hate your phone number to end up on our cutting room floor.
Delivery within mainland UK costs just £4.99 or it’s FREE with orders over £25.00.
When will I receive my order?
We'll print and deliver your order within 3 working days. So, if you place your order - and upload your artwork - by midnight tonight, you can expect delivery on Thursday, 17th October. Alternatively, you can choose a more convenient date at checkout. If your order is urgent, you can upgrade to our FastTrack service and push your order to the front of our production queue. Look for the FastTrack option at checkout to receive your order on Wednesday, 16th October.
Please allow extra time if you’d like us to create your artwork
If you’d like our talented designers to create your artwork, they will supply an on-screen (PDF) proof for you to review within a couple of working days. Please allow extra time for any tweaks and amends. Once you’re happy with your artwork, our standard delivery terms will apply as above.
If your postcode qualifies for express delivery services, you will be given the opportunity to upgrade your delivery at checkout. Express services include Saturday Delivery; before 12noon; and before 10.30am.

Our courier charges a little more for deliveries to the following UK offshore postcodes, the cost of which will be confirmed at checkout.

Need to split your order across multiple designs?
Simply add a product to your basket and then use the duplicate button to create a new line item for each design.
Duplicated line items qualify for a Multiple Design Discount which is automatically deducted from your order total. You can specify a different quantity for each line item before using our handy file uploader to send us your artwork files.

Would you like to see a proof of your artwork before we print your order? No worries, we’ll send you either an on-screen (PDF) or printed proof, free of charge. There’s just one small catch… you'll need to specify your product using the options above and then complete this form. On the next page, you'll be able to upload your artwork files.
Your PDF proof will be with you within 1 working day. A printed proof takes a little longer but we’ll post it out first class, so please keep an eye on your letterbox.
