To be eligible to participate in the StressFreePrint Share Your Story campaign, you must fully own all rights to the artworks, designs, photographs, compositions and image files supplied ("Your Submission").

This specifically includes the ownership of the respective intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright, trademarks, patents, rights of privacy, rights of publicity, moral rights, and other intellectual property rights). Your Submission of artworks, designs, photographs, compositions and image files must be your original work and must not contain, incorporate or otherwise use any content, material or element that is owned by a third party or entity and must not reference any person, group or organisations without their permission.

Asterisk Creative Consultants Ltd has the right, but is not obligated, to publicly display or share Your Submission via the internet, social media or other visual media in accordance with these terms of participation.

In order that Your Submission can be selected and shared with the public, you grant Asterisk Creative Consultants Ltd a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, precarious right to:

• Publish, publicly display and share Your Submission via the Internet or other visual media.
• Use, in connection with Your Submission, your name, as provided, via promotions and other publications.
• Save and archive Your Submission, so we can evaluate the information internally before selecting your submission to be published, publicly displayed or shared via the Internet or other visual media.
• Edit and modify Your Submission.
• Use Your Submission to market and promote the creativity and performance of your work, as well as the use of our website and printing services.
• Translate the story behind Your Submission into other languages.
• Reproduce and distribute Your Submission as printed samples to demonstrate the quality of our printing services.

As a participant, your copyright will, at all times, be respected and retained. Where Your Submission is displayed by Asterisk Creative Consultants Ltd or its partners, your name, as provided, will usually be credited.

You herby grant permission for Asterisk Creative Consultants to use and share Your Contribution within its corporate group and our partners in accordance with these terms of participation.
