Artwork Help

Uploading your artwork? Just add the product to your basket, complete your order and you’ll then be prompted to upload your artwork via our file uploader. Prefer to send it separately? No problem — you can send files anytime via WeTransfer. Once received, our print-savvy team will give your files a quick once-over and let you know if anything looks off.

Need a helping hand getting started? Head over to the Template Files tab where you’ll find blank artwork templates you can download in a range of formats. They’re there to make life easier and help you nail the right setup first time.

Before you hit send… A quick reminder that images need to be high resolution for print — 300dpi is ideal. Just because something looks crisp on screen (usually only 72dpi) doesn’t mean it’ll print well. Low-res files can come out fuzzy or pixelated, so it’s worth double-checking before uploading.

Don’t panic though! If we spot anything that might affect the quality of your order, we’ll get in touch before anything goes to print.

Artwork tips: If you’re comfortable adding 3mm bleed and crop marks, brilliant. If not, don’t worry… our artwork team can take care of that bit for you. Just remember to keep anything important (like text or logos) at least 3mm from the edge… that’s your “safe zone”. It’s fine to run background colours or images right to the edge, but don’t risk losing key info to the trimming blade!

Delivery

Free Delivery
Every online order includes free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses, with no minimum spend. Please note: certain large format, signage and exhibition products may be subject to an additional charge, which we’ll confirm before processing your order.

Unbranded & Untraceable
All our packages are totally unbranded and any tracking links we send are non-traceable. Perfect for sending direct to your customers… they’ll never know we were involved.

When Will It Arrive?
You’ll see the earliest available delivery date during checkout. If your order contains multiple items, they might arrive in separate parcels.

Remote & Offshore Areas
Deliveries to offshore or remote UK locations may take a little longer to arrive and could incur a small additional charge. If this applies to your order, we’ll confirm everything clearly at checkout.

International Deliveries
We can ship to Europe and beyond. Please get in touch for a custom quote.

Failed Deliveries
If your parcel can’t be delivered, the driver will leave a card and try again the next working day.
