An order of service presents a timeline of events for the guests attending the ceremony. It plays a vital part in guiding them through the service and acts as a great sentimental piece that guests can take away with them. An order of service can take the form of a stapled booklet, single sheet flyer, folded leaflet or card.

What is a Funeral Order of Service Booklet?

A funeral order of service booklet is a bound pamphlet containing information about a funeral or memorial service. They are generally handed out to guests as they arrive at the service and are often cherished for years to come. Our booklets are carefully printed in high resolution throughout onto sustainably sourced papers in a choice of weights and finishes. They're supplied with a crisp fold and secured with two saddle-stitched staples along the spine.

When Should You Purchase Your Funeral Leaflets?

To ensure you benefit from a stress-free experience, it's recommended that you place your order about a week before the ceremony. We understand that the days leading up to the event can be quite emotional, so ordering your order of service ahead of time will reduce the chance of any last minute concerns.

How Many Funeral Order of Service Programmes Will I Need?

It can be difficult to judge how many items to order, as it can be subject to various factors such as the size of venue and the number of unexpected attendees. We suggest ordering 20% extra as it's common for plus ones and last minute unexpected arrivals. The last thing you want to worry about on the day is running out of programmes.

What Should I Include In a Funeral Order of Service?

It can sometimes be difficult to decide what to include within your funeral booklet or programme. We've put together a list below of information that's commonly found within an order of service but feel free to include as much or as little as you wish and don't forget to make it personal. There are no set rules so this is your opportunity to honour the deceased in ways that are uniquely personal to them.

- The date and time the ceremony will take place
